Parcel analysis in four steps

Choose your region. In the top menu, choose the Türkiye or the North Cyprus (KKTC) workspace. The data for the two regions are kept separate.
Find the parcel. In Türkiye, search by province, district, neighbourhood, block (ada) and parcel, or use Select on map and click on the parcel. In North Cyprus, where plots cannot be looked up by number, drag and drop your KML/KMZ file or draw your plot on the map.
Turn on layers. Switch environmental plans on and off in the Plans tab, and organised industrial zones (OSB), incentive zones, transport and property analysis layers in the Data tab.
Review the report. Click on the parcel: its attributes, plan status, intersecting layers and proximity analysis open in tabs. You can print or export the report.

Adjust the transparency of the plan layer with the slider to make the plan legend under the parcel easier to read.
The parcels you search for are kept in the Results list; they are not lost even if you close your browser.
Areas are shown in square metres and dönüm, and for North Cyprus in dönüm–evlek–square feet. In Türkiye a dönüm is 1,000 m²; in North Cyprus 1 dönüm = 4 evlek = 14,400 sq ft (about 1,338 m²).
In the North Cyprus workspace, tap any point on the map for a point report: planning zone, plan zone type and map sheet.
