Explicit consent text: sharing my request with business partners

I give my explicit consent to my name and surname, mobile phone number and request details relating to my land request (the location and features of the land, or the region, area and budget I am looking for) being transferred, so that my request can be concluded, to estate agencies contracted with ParselX that hold a Real Estate Trading Authorisation Certificate (Taşınmaz Ticareti Yetki Belgesi), and to those agencies contacting me about this request.

For requests in North Cyprus: if my request concerns land in North Cyprus, I give my explicit consent to my name and surname, phone / WhatsApp number, e-mail address, language and request details being transferred to a contracted estate agent on the official register of estate agents in North Cyprus, and to that agent contacting me about this request. I understand that this is a transfer abroad and that the level of personal data protection in North Cyprus may differ from that in Türkiye; ParselX makes the transfer under a standard contract in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

• Giving consent is not compulsory; if you do not give it, your request will be assessed only by the ParselX team.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected] or by deleting your request (in your account or with the link in our e-mail); withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier transfers.
