• The membership does not renew automatically; no automatic payment is taken from your card. You are reminded by SMS before it expires.
• The service is used at parselx.com.tr with an up-to-date web browser (computer, tablet or phone); no separate software needs to be installed.
• The data on the map are compiled from publicly available sources and are for information only; they are not a substitute for an official document, zoning status or title deed record. Environmental plans do not confer development rights.

4. Price and payment

• Payment: By credit or debit card, on the secure payment page of a licensed payment institution.

5. Performance

When your payment is confirmed, your membership is activated immediately in the account you sign in to with the number (buyer's verified mobile number); the payment confirmation and the membership end date are sent to you by SMS.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period expires. When you approve the immediate start of the service during the purchase, you have no right to withdraw from this contract. 7. Complaints and disputes

You can send your complaints using the contact details above. In the event of a dispute, you can apply, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) where you live or where the transaction took place, and, for disputes above these limits, to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi).
