Cancellation and refund conditions

ParselX Pro membership is a digital service: it starts in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

For this service, which is performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, because you approved the immediate start of the service during the purchase.

When is a refund made?

• Incorrect or duplicate charge: if more than one payment was taken for the same order, or the amount is wrong, the amount overcharged is refunded.
• If the service could not be provided: if your payment was taken but your membership was not activated, and the problem could not be fixed within 3 business days of your report, the full price is refunded.
• Long interruption attributable to the seller: if the service could not be used for a long period for reasons attributable to the seller, the amount corresponding to the remaining period may be refunded or the membership period extended.

How to apply

Write to [email protected] with your order number (My account › My orders) and the mobile phone number you registered with. Your application will be answered within 3 business days at the latest.

Refunds are made to the card used for the payment, through the payment institution; how long it takes for the amount to appear on your card depends on your bank (usually a few business days). The membership period of an order whose price is refunded in full ends on the date of the refund.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Memberships do not renew automatically and no automatic payment is taken from your card; you do not need to cancel at the end of the period. When the membership period ends, your account returns to free membership.
