Partnering with ParselX: for estate agencies and agents
In short: On ParselX, people looking for land and owners who want to sell leave requests. If the person agrees (explicit consent), we pass the request to a licensed estate agency working in that area in Türkiye, or to a registered estate agent in North Cyprus. We don't publish listings, we don't take commission on sales and we are not a party to any sale.
Who can partner with us?
- Estate agencies in Türkiye: businesses holding a valid Real Estate Trade Authorisation Certificate (Taşınmaz Ticareti Yetki Belgesi) from the Ministry of Trade. We check your certificate number in the Real Estate Trade Information System (TTBS).
- Estate agents in North Cyprus: agents and estate companies registered in the Estate Agents Register under the Estate Agents Registration and Operations Law and members of the Turkish Cypriot Estate Agents Association (KTEB).
- Valuation firms: valuation firms licensed by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), for "licensed valuation report" requests.
How do requests reach you?
- The user selects their parcel or the area they are looking in on the map; parcel, plan, slope, earthquake and neighbourhood information is added to the request automatically.
- The person is verified by phone (SMS code) or — for foreign buyers in North Cyprus — by e-mail, and gives explicit consent to share the request with a partner.
- Our team reviews the request and passes suitable requests by SMS or e-mail to a partner who covers the area and (for foreign buyers) speaks the buyer's language.
- The partner contacts the person and tells us the outcome. A few days later we ask the person whether they have been contacted.
Why ParselX?
- Qualified requests: requests come from a verified phone number or e-mail address, with the plot's location, plans and surroundings attached; empty requests are filtered out.
- Foreign buyers: buyer requests for North Cyprus from our English, Russian and German pages; the buyer's language, country of residence and preferred contact method (WhatsApp, phone, e-mail) are included.
- Office account and lead marketplace (Türkiye): offices that open an office account and have their certificate verified get team membership, report cards with their logo and access to requests in their areas (the lead marketplace). What we expect from you
- Call the person within 2 working days at the latest and tell us the outcome (contacted, completed, did not work out).
- Use the personal data in a request only for that request: no calls for other purposes, no mailing lists, no listings, and delete the data when you are done.
- Comply with data protection law (in Türkiye, KVKK; in North Cyprus also local law) and professional rules; in North Cyprus, refer foreign buyers to an independent lawyer.

For estate agents in North Cyprus: the KVKK standard contract
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK), North Cyprus counts as a foreign country. Before we pass requests to you, we therefore sign the standard contract published by the Personal Data Protection Board (controller to controller) with you and notify the Personal Data Protection Authority within 5 working days of signing. The text of the contract is official and cannot be changed; we fill in its annexes (the data transferred and the security measures) together. To sign, you need a document showing that you are authorised to represent your company (e.g. a specimen signature certificate).
