Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject

The subject of this contract is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in relation to the sale and performance of the following digital service, which the buyer has bought electronically through the parselx.com.tr website.

Article 3 — Service, price and payment

Card details are not passed to the seller; payment is taken by a licensed payment institution. For instalment payments by card, any interest (vade farkı) charged by the bank is shown on the payment page before payment.

Article 4 — Performance and duration

  1. The service starts immediately, once the payment institution confirms the payment, in the account the buyer signs in to with the number (buyer's verified mobile number), and lasts (the selected plan's duration). If there is a membership that has not yet expired, the new period is added to the current end date.
  2. The membership does not renew automatically at the end of the period and no automatic payment is taken. The seller sends the buyer an SMS reminder before the period ends; the buyer can turn these reminders off in their account.
  3. The seller takes reasonable care to provide the service without interruption; the service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or interruptions in the services of the source institutions.

Article 5 — Nature of the service

The information on the map is compiled from publicly available sources and is for information only; it is not a substitute for an official document, zoning status, title deed record or official letter from an authority. Environmental plans are long-term, upper-level plans and do not confer development rights. Plan Assistant answers are generated by artificial intelligence; they are not legal advice or investment advice.

Article 6 — Buyer's obligations

The buyer agrees to use the service in accordance with the terms of use, not to share their account with others and not to download data in bulk using automated tools. If the buyer breaches these obligations, the seller may suspend the account.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

The service is performed instantly in electronic form. The buyer approved the immediate start of the service during the purchase and, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, has no right of withdrawal. In the event of an incorrect or duplicate charge, or if the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the seller, the price is refunded in accordance with the Cancellation and refund conditions.

Article 8 — Invoice

The invoice is issued electronically using the billing details provided by the buyer and is sent to the buyer's email address.

Article 9 — Personal data

The buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with the KVKK privacy notice.

Article 10 — Disputes

For disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) for disputes above these limits.

Article 11 — Entry into force

The buyer proceeded to the payment step after reading and electronically approving the pre-information form and this contract. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed; its text is kept in the buyer's account (My account › My orders) and is also sent by the seller on request.
