Rules for all farm structures
- For structures built for farming purposes, the land-use integrity requirement does not apply.
- Where to apply: inside municipal boundaries and adjacent areas, to the municipality; outside them, to the provincial special administration. The file is forwarded to the provincial directorate of agriculture and forestry via the TAD Portal.
- Documents: petition, land survey report, KML file, notarised undertaking, opinions from DSİ (State Hydraulic Works) and other bodies, technical project report prepared by an agricultural engineer (not prepared for a vineyard house), site plan and photos of the land.
- From the date of the permit, the note "cannot be used for any other purpose" is entered in the declarations section of the title deed; it cannot be removed unless the Ministry requests it.
- On jointly owned land, a notarised letter of consent from the other co-owners is required.
- On leased land, the lease or building right (right of superficies) must run for at least 10 years and be registered on the title deed; the family must not own a parcel outside large plain protection areas in the same district.
- The permit lapses if no building permit is obtained within 2 years of its notification (or, where no building permit is needed, if the approval procedures are not completed).
- The permit is cancelled if the building does not follow the project, is used for non-agricultural purposes, or the land is subdivided or turned into building plots.
- Applications made to Ministry units before 4 April 2026 are assessed under the old (2017) regulation; its numerical criteria are not given here because they are not in any official publication.
- The criteria in Annex 1 of the Regulation can also be updated by the General Directorate of Agrarian Reform outside the Official Gazette; confirm the current criteria with the provincial directorate of agriculture and forestry before applying.
